CAS Cambridge Air Shower

　
For CR/BCR/Standard and Specialized Cleanrooms

　

Developed to remove particles from personnel clothing by clean jet air before entering Cleanrooms and Bio-Cleanrooms.  Also effective in particle removal from equipment before introduction into cleanroom.

Cambridge Air Shower jets provide employ air streams, filtered by Cambridge Absolute Filters (99.97%  removal efficiency at 0.3µm).  Positive pressure is maintained within the chamber to check contamination from outside.

25m/sec face velocity clean jet air flows.  Outlet nozzles may be adjusted to any orientation, and are inset in walls to maximize chamber space.

Automatic or manual operation available. (Optional floor or wall-mounted foot switch optional)

Sturdy, light-weight steel sheet construction with elegant design to match any facility.

Easy-access filter and electrical system; Inspections may be performed from inside cleanroom.
