Cambridge's Laminar Flow Supply Unit is optimum for ISO14644-1 and NASA Standard conventional cleanrooms, and particle-free/bio-cleanrooms.

　

Compact unit incorporating high efficiency filters and a ceiling outlet.

　

Guaranteed 99.97% or higher removal efficiencies (based on the 0.3µm DOP test).

　

Clean laminar airflow for maximum coverage.
